ROOTREVERSAL • GUT RECOVERY

Your H. pylori treatment ended. So why does your stomach still behave like something is wrong?

The burning returns. A meal you tolerated yesterday suddenly causes bloating today. You still notice every sensation in your stomach — and slowly your life starts revolving around food, symptoms, supplements, tests and one question: “What am I missing?”

Maybe you haven't failed the protocol. Maybe the full pattern has never been mapped.

For persistent burning, bloating, reflux and post-treatment uncertainty.
“Why am I still feeling this?”
Burning“Why is this happening again?”
Bloating“Was it something I ate?”
Reflux“Why did it come back?”
Food fear“Should I stop eating this?”

Uncertainty“What if H. pylori is back?”

Why symptoms can continue even after H. pylori treatment

Treatment can address the infection, while burning, reflux, bloating, food reactions or digestive discomfort may still need their own assessment. At the same time, repeated symptoms can change how you respond to every sensation. Both parts deserve attention — without confusing one for the other.

Burning is a real physical sensation.

It can have gastrointestinal causes that deserve medical and nutritional assessment. The question is what else has begun happening around that sensation.

H. pylori is one part of the story.

Treatment history matters. Eradication status matters. But persistent symptoms after treatment do not automatically tell us which layer is still driving the experience.

What if the problem isn't only the symptom?

For many people, the physical sensation is only the beginning of what happens next.

Your symptoms are real. This is not about calling them “just stress.” It is about seeing the entire sequence around them.

The pattern often looks something like this...
Burning / bloating / reflux
“Something is wrong again.”
Restrict food • check symptoms • Google • change supplements
Temporary relief
Next sensation → loop restarts

Most gut protocols ask:
“What should we remove next?”

What you may have already tried

Another food?

Another trigger?

Another organism?

Another supplement?

A different question

What is keeping this particular gut stuck?

Instead of treating one symptom in isolation, we look at the layers that may be interacting.

1

The Gut

Digestion, bowel patterns, food tolerance and gastrointestinal history.

2

The Body Response

How reactive your system has become to meals, sensations and symptoms.

3

The Pattern

What happens mentally and behaviourally when symptoms appear.

4

The Association

What your mind has learned that burning, pain or uncertainty means.

5

The Person

What needs to change so life stops revolving around your stomach.

Aarushi's story

“What else can we give her?” was no longer the right question.

Before working together, she had already spent more than two years taking a PPI daily, had been diagnosed with H. pylori twice, and had undergone both triple and quadruple therapy.

So instead of adding another random layer, we mapped what was still happening.

WEEK 1

Map the full picture

Symptoms, treatment history, triggers, food reactions and repeat patterns around flare-ups.

WEEK 4

Build stability

Reduce unnecessary noise and create more predictable digestive and nervous-system rhythms.

WEEK 8

Change the response

Work on food tolerance, symptom response and the behaviours that kept pulling her back into the loop.

WEEK 14

A different place entirely

She was able to wean off the PPI she had taken every day for more than two years, with appropriate medical guidance.

You may have already done everything you were told to do.

You've seen the gastroenterologist. Done the antibiotics. Taken PPIs. Removed foods. Added supplements. Maybe even repeated treatment.

And every time you improve for a few days, you think: “Finally.”

Then the burning comes back. The bloating returns. And you're back analysing everything you ate.

Eventually, the stomach problem becomes something bigger: you stop trusting your body, your food and sometimes even a good day.

Anitha

Why my approach looks different

I'm Anitha, founder of RootReversal. My work sits at the intersection of gut health, nutrition, nervous-system regulation and behavioural/subconscious patterns.

I don't begin by handing everyone the same elimination diet or supplement list. I begin by mapping the case.

What is still happening physically?
What aggravates it?
What has already been treated?
What happens when symptoms appear?
What patterns may be maintaining the cycle?
Where should the work actually begin?

Recovery works better when the right things happen in the right order.

Your symptoms, treatment history, digestion, food tolerance and nervous-system response are not separate boxes. The work is phased so we can decide what needs attention first and what comes next.

1

MAP

Symptoms, history, treatment, food and current patterns.

2

STABILISE

Create more digestive and nervous-system stability.

3

REBUILD

Support digestion, nourishment, tolerance and the gut environment.

4

INTERRUPT

Identify symptom → fear → behaviour loops.

5

REWIRE

Work with deeper associations where relevant.

6

INTEGRATE

Build a life that no longer revolves around your stomach.

Before you try another protocol, let's map what may actually be keeping you stuck.

The 45-minute RootReversal Gut Audit is designed to help you understand what deserves attention next instead of continuing to experiment blindly.

Clarity before another protocol.

45-MINUTE ROOTREVERSAL GUT AUDIT
₹349

During the audit, we'll look at:

  • Your H. pylori and treatment history
  • What changed after treatment — and what didn't
  • Your burning, reflux, bloating or bowel pattern
  • Your food and symptom patterns
  • The gut–stress–symptom loop, where relevant
  • What you've already tried
  • Where I believe the biggest gaps currently are

This audit may be useful if...

You've completed H. pylori treatment but still have symptoms.

You have recurring burning, reflux, bloating, gastritis-type discomfort or unpredictable digestion.

You've tried multiple diets or supplements without understanding why improvements don't last.

You're increasingly afraid of food or constantly monitoring symptoms.

This isn't designed for...

Someone looking only for a quick supplement recommendation.

Someone expecting a guaranteed cure.

New, severe or alarming symptoms that require medical assessment.

Anyone unwilling to consider factors beyond food where those factors are relevant.

Maybe you don't need another thing to try.

Maybe you need to finally understand the pattern you're trying to solve.

Your burning is information. Your bloating is information. Your food reactions are information. Your fear when symptoms return is information too.

The goal of the Gut Audit is to put those pieces together — and identify where your next step actually belongs.

Understand the pattern. Then decide the protocol.
